Natalie and Paul – A Wet, Wild, Windy, Wellington Wedding!

You would be excused in thinking that Wellington Weddings are infamous for being windswept and fast-paced. In fact, that’s part of the charm? When in Rome they say. Any-hoo, rain is auspicious and as for wind and rain together, well that’s just, well part of the fun and excitement of getting married…

 Natalie and Paul’s wedding on a weekend not so long ago was no exception. The ceremony was held in the Miramar Golf club, looking out over a dramatic cloud filled coarse swallowing up some remaining diehard golfers braving the northerly. Inside, however it was nice and snug with a beautiful intimate ceremony.
The bridal party, Jess and Brian, played their part well and Natalie and Paul allowed themselves to be swept along in the current. Working with the wind, not against it – we discovered some big concrete blocks at the end of Wellington Airport and had a lot of fun round them despite the weather.

Wedding tip;
Plan for wild weather just in case, but don't let it dampen the spirits
