The ceremony was held at the beautiful St Peters Anglican Church in Wellington and the reception played out at the Dockside on the waterfront. Tastefully arranged and choreographed the whole wedding day gave off a stylish but relaxed aroma.
I am a Bond fan and I was really happy to discover another; Erik, our Groom. With a definitive taste in spy/British detective underworld movie and TV genres we thought we would blend this theme into their bridal formals.
A seedy city back ally marked the location for the shoot and we managed to get the couples yellow vintage Jag into the shots. Armed with a smoke machine and some studio flash equipment we were off. We loved the end results, but you can be the judge of that. (examples show are not finished works – more or less taken straight from camera)
Dockside witnessed the late night dancing and dinner overlooking the harbor and after a very long day Charlotte and Erik retired and started their married life together.
A big thanks to the Bride and Groom for being so adventurous (Know one else has wedding photos like you have!) and huge hugs to the Bridal party for helping to make it all fun… Abby, Brigitte, Cameron and Stuart.
